(SOURCE) 2016 marks the beginning of a new era as the Charlotte Rugby Club with adding a U/19 Girls Academy to its growing list of teams. Rugby is currently the fastest growing sport in the nation at the high school and collegiate level. This fall CRC opens its doors to all girls High School players in search of a more dynamic and active sport.
Beginning October 9 through December 11, 2016, Coach Madeline ‘Maddy’ Clark will manage, train and supervise all practices and games for this inaugural season.
Practices will be held at the Charlotte Rugby Club, 2911 Bellhaven Circle, beginning Oct, 9th from 10:30am to 12:30pm. All rugby related equipment will be provided and participants are expected to dress appropriately for contact sport and provide their own protection gear (Mouth guard, scrum cap, shoulder pads).
If you are interested or know any high school girls in the NC/SC area that are interested in playing this fall please fill out the registration form located on our website for updates on the program.
You must be CIPP’d before practice October 9th with either CRFC High School Girls or with your home club. If you have any questions please PM us or check the website for further information on CIPP instructions.
