It is not a hidden fact that many have been rumbling about the need for professional rugby in the United States. None stood out more so than after a disappointing showing at the Rugby World Cup this year. While attempts have been made to create a professional XV’s team, it looks like there might be a new contender to get their shot at the title of “Purveyor of professional rugby in the United States”.
