Rugby XV’s Fall season has officially come upon us. A few teams in college ranks have already begun to play their inaugural games. This summer, USA Rugby enacted a new rule change, adjusting the way Scrum’s were called. Here is a little video they gave to us to remind us EXACTLY what to expect this season. Let’s make sure we are ready for the season for those of us who haven’t started yet.
