The Brigand College, Wales U-19 All Stars will be coming to face the Louisiana Exiles, in New Orleans, on June 2nd. The Louisiana Exiles is the select team made up of players from the local high school Rugby teams. Brigand College has a history of sending players to the Wales National team. They have a recent history of winning championships in the United Kingdom.
