New Orleans DI (11-1-1) will be facing the Austin Black DI (7-2-1). New Orleans will have the home-field advantage in this game. They defeated the Austin Blacks 42-12 in Austin, TX. New Orleans has been almost unbeatable since the lost to Houston Area on February 1st. With only three more games remaining on the season, New Orleans is looking to get a hold of the number one spot in the Texas Rugby Union and enter into the playoffs on a high note.

New Orleans DII (7-2-1) will take on Austin Blacks DII in New Orleans. These two faced each other, and resulted in a 17-8 win for New Orleans. Austin Blacks DII (5-2) will be looking to get revenge on the top team in the DIb division. This will be a gritty match for both teams. New Orleans DII will have the advantage going in.

Shreveport (3-4-1) will be traveling up to Little Rock (5-2). Little Rock has been very strong this season. They have outscored their opponents 312-123. They are looking to get control of the TRU North division. Shreveport has been impressive the last week with a blow out of division leader, Oklahoma City. Shreveport will be looking to continue that momentum. Little Rock will have the advantage in this game.

Knoxville vs. Memphis

Memphis and Knoxville will be playing in Atlanta this weekend. This will be the final game for both teams this regular season. Both these teams will be playing a game that doesn’t carry to much significance in terms of their postseason standings. Memphis (1-7) has one on the season in an impressive win over Birmingham last week. But a win or loss in this game will still have them out of the playoffs. Knoxville (4-5) is locked for second in the True South East division and will be heading to Huntsville on April 12th. These two teams will be playing for the love of the game. Memphis will have the advantage in this game.

Nashville vs. Jackson
When: 3:00pm
Where: Douglas Park, Nashville, TN

Jackson will be traveling to face Nashville. This game has playoff implications for Jackson. If Jackson is able to win this game by four tries or more, they will lock the number two spot in the True South – West and a spot in the True South Championship playoffs in Huntsville, AL. A loss or a win by less than four tries will have Jackson missing the post season after a strong 5-2 start on the year. Nashville has the chance to play spoiler in this game. The game advantage is towards Nashville, based on homefield advantage.
