Nicolette Pantor has been a leader and force of nature for the Trinidad & Tobago National Rugby Women’s Team. She is the captain for the national rugby sevens team, and she also works for the Trinidad and Tobago Police, where she also captains their rugby team. She is best known in Trinidad as the oldest sibling of the Pantor rugby family, lead by her father Wayne Pantor, and followed by her younger brothers, Leon and Jeron Pantor.
