As we hit the end of the week, we have to have a video that makes you go “awwww”. The Greenwich Cardinals High School Boys Rugby team, based out of Greenwich, Connecticut, were in the state semi-finals against Fairfield Rugby. In a great opportunity, Greenwich head coach, Joe Kelly, gave a shot to sideline player-coach, Coach Matt, to make something happen.
This is just an awesome situation from a great group of rugby players and administrators, who are highlighting all the positive aspects of rugby. Bless these guys!
